After the initial contract is signed, we work on your plan in a timely manner to meet your deadlines as agreed. As sections are completed, drafts are sent to you for review to ensure you will be completely comfortable and satisfied with your finished business plan. All we ask is that you complete and return your 'homework' quickly so that we stay on track!

A business plan has a lot of highly confidential information in it that you might not want to share with just anyone, so we take great care to maintain your privacy. You can be assured that the personal information you share with us won't be disclosed to anyone else. Increasingly we're asked to sign confidentiality agreements, usually with property sellers in return for their financial information. We understand, and are happy to comply.

Lenders have been known to deny strong applications for undetermined reasons. To date, where our plans were created with this purpose in mind, they have been ultimately successful. However we make no warranty, express or implied, that the business plan we produce will achieve any specific financing, marketing or management objective.

Research Projects/Consulting
Most Research Projects and some consulting assignments are broad enough to warrant a detailed Scope Of Work document. Containing deadlines and approximate costs we work with you to ensure that it is as comprehensive as possible. Once signed, this is our contract.
