First published in 2005, the Inns and Bed & Breakfasts for Sale Study is the only complete, nationwide study of its kind in the industry.  Created initially to help brokers, consultants, current and aspiring innkeepers, understand what is happening with the market in general, it provides comparisons of inns and bed and breakfasts for sale across the country. Over the years, the Study has not only achieved its original purpose but has also proved iinvaluable as a source of reliable background material for marketing and business plans.

The 4th edition of the Inns and Bed and Breakfasts for Sale Study provides a snapshot of the market as taken during the first quarter of 2008.  Compiled during March, the results were published during the Professional Association of Innkeepers International (PAII) annual conference in Anaheim.
