Inngenium was founded in 2001 by our senior principal Hilary Jones, to offer specialized research capabilities, strategic and business planning services to the small lodging industry, specifically Bed and Breakfasts and Country Inns.

A veteran of the hospitality trade for over twenty years, Hilary has traveled all over the world consulting with, and assisting, the management teams of many different operations, from budget motels to full-service luxury resorts. In 2003, as well as continuing her consulting work at the head of Inngenium, she also took on ownership of her first inn - the Admiral Peary House, a 7-room bed and breakfast located in the foothills of the White Mountains of New Hampshire, in Fryeburg, Maine. Hilary is an accomplished workshop leader and speaker whose broad understanding of the small lodging industry has made her a regular and requested presenter at Innkeepers' conferences across the nation. She is available to speak to groups on several different topics including Business Planning, Effective Research and Analysis and Industry Trends.

Hilary is a member of PAII and the Maine Innkeepers Association, past board member of the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce and past President and current Secretary of the Country Inns in the White Mountains.
